Pick-Up Try-Ons

Rentals with Ella offers pick-up try-ons for local customers. As we operate primarily as an online rental business, we do not offer postal try-ons.

Appointment Information

  • Try-ons are available Monday to Friday, subject to availability.

  • Collection and return times are arranged directly with Rentals with Ella and are designed to suit both parties.

  • Appointments are only confirmed once payment has been received.

How It Works

  • Select up to 5 garments to try on (subject to availability).

  • Collect your selected garments at the arranged time and return them within the agreed timeframe, typically 2–3 hours later.

  • You are welcome to try the garments on at home or at a nearby changing facility if you are travelling from out of town.

Try-On Fees

  • $10.00 for one try-on appointment with up to 5 garments.

  • If you wish to exchange your selection and try on another 1–5 garments immediately afterwards, or book another appointment on a different day, an additional $5.00 fee applies.

  • Try-on fees are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed against future bookings.

  • Same-day cancellations and failure to attend your appointment will not be refunded.

Availability

As our inventory changes frequently, try-on appointments are generally only booked within one week of the requested date.

While we will always do our best to have your selected garments available, availability cannot be guaranteed. If a requested garment becomes unavailable before your appointment, you may choose to:

  • Reschedule your appointment;

  • Continue with your remaining selected garments; or

  • Select an alternative garment, subject to availability.

Garment Care During Try-Ons

Please ensure you arrive free from fake tan, makeup, excessive perfume, deodorant marks, body oils, or any strong odours when trying on our garments.

Any garment returned with stains, marks, makeup, fake tan, odours, or other damage may incur cleaning, repair, or replacement charges in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Booking a Try-On

To book a pick-up try-on, please contact Rentals with Ella via Instagram or email with the garments you would like to try on. We will confirm availability and provide the next available appointment times.
