Delivery Responsibility Notice

Once your parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, it becomes the renter's responsibility to ensure it is collected promptly and stored safely. Rentals with Ella is not liable for any garments that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery due to being left unattended. The renter may be held responsible for the full replacement cost (RRP) of any garment that is lost, stolen, or damaged in these circumstances.
